Anti-oxidant bowl! - AKA the UTERINE TONIC. Here's why! 👇🏻

Increasing these minerals and vitamin C intake, during menstruation can greatly help alleviate cramping. Ladies, you may notice "flares," more anxiety/ mood swings, emotional hardships, or old symptoms increase around your cycle. This is because our nervous system communicates with our directly with our endocrine system = neuroendocrine system. If there is sympathetic nervous system dominance or HPA dysregulation, that directly correlates with our cycle.

This time of the month is literally a cleansing period (no pun intended). Not only are we shedding a layer of inner uterine tissues, but the body is naturally cleansing itself as well.This can create a series of uncomfortable side effects.

For me, I notice flares in things such as fibromyalgia, heart and neurological symptoms, and of course, mood swings. It varies from cycle to cycle and is highly dependent on our stress levels as well. I've learned from dr. Morse that extremely painful periods withOUT heavy bleeding is due to low estrogen from weak adrenal functioning. And that ovarian cysts are a result of poor kidney function and filtration.

I can go on and on about reproductive health, especially with my long, painful history. But for now, enjoy this smoothie bowl and research teas / tinctures like nettles, red raspberry, ginger, licorice, turmeric, chamomile, St. John's wort, etc... 🌿

It's important to really listen to your body during this time, and focus on your adrenals + reproductive & endocrine system. I've been loading up on #herbs like nettle tea and red raspberry leaf tea all week+ reishi to help tone my uterus and get extra anti-oxidants, iron, and calcium. 💪🏻

This is filled with minerals like potassium, calcium, magnesium, and iron, plus anti-oxidants, phytonutrients, vitamins, and more! All provided by these ingredients:

▫️3 frozen bananas

▫️1 fresh banana (for topping)

▫️handful of frozen Strawberries

▫️handful of frozen mangos

▫️Dr. Morse's JUST BERRIES powder *optional* (view bottle for dosage, contact me for questions)

▫️1/2 - 1 cup dr. Morse heal all tea (brewed/strained/cooled)

▫️1 tbs canned coconut milk, or splash of nut milk of choice.

▫️5 dates

▫️handful of goji berries

▫️handful of dried mulberries

▫️1 TBS cacao nibs

DIRECTIONS:

1. blended well in high speed blender

2. top with banana, cacao nibs, goji berries, chopped and pitted dates, & dried mulberries
