Stove-top Granola


This simple granola recipe is delicious, easy, and quick to make! Perfect to mix with dried fruits, add to smoothies/smoothie bowls, yogurts, and more!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup organic oats

1/2 cup organic buckwheat

1/2 cup hemp seeds

1/2 cup organic pecans -- chopped/crushed

2-3 TBS maple syrup

1 tsp wild vanilla powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 TBS chaga and/or reishi powder

1/8 tsp pink salt

NOTE: Double or triple this recipe to make more!

DIRECTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients except syrup & hemp to a non-stick pan on med-high

2. Stir consistently for a few minutes, making sure not to burn

3. Add syrup and mix well, cooking on low for another few minutes, until everything is mixed and cooked together.

4. Add hemp seeds and mix all together
