Superfood Blends Bowl 🍄
This delicious smoothie bowl is packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and superfoods, all great for your mood, immunity & more! I love this bowl coming into the cooler season, as the granola and bananas create a more satiating feel to the meal. Great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert!
SMOOTHIE / NICE-CREAM INGREDIENTS:
3 frozen bananas
3-5 frozen strawberries or small handful of frozen wild blueberries
coconut water -- add 1/4 cup at at time until you get consistency you like
2 tsp organic Maple Syrup or date syrup
1 tsp Dr. Morse JUST FRUITS powder -- contact me if you'd like to purchase or learn more 🍇
Stove-top Granola Recipe (not raw)
1. Add all smoothie ingredients to a high speed blender. Add as little or as much water as you like to get the consistency wanted, but start slow. The less liquid, the thicker your ice cream will be.
2. Blend on high until smooth
3. Serve & add toppings! Enjoy 😊
**NOTE: if you have a juicer that is able to make ice cream, or an ice cream maker, you can skip the coconut water and just make the ice cream, and blend the powders in after/
